Great video, I've ever seen. Thanks.

I'm so glad you came into my life. Where would you recommend doing a median nerve block to anesthetize the palm during laceration repair?
You are very kind, I am not anesthesiologist nor surgeon but surely at the middle forearm between FDS and FDP proximal to the origin of the palmar cutaneous branch
Thank you so much! That is really helpful for my patients and residents.
Amazing work, just to note I think you keep doing a mistake with your directions concerning the location of the radial side and ulnar side, you said medial to the side of the radial which is in the lateral side(thumb), and lateral to the ulnar side which is in the medial side (cubital).
I can,t thanks enough.
Great effort thanks and keep on.
I think you mean ulnar nerve (cubital).
Fantastic presentation, thank you for your efforts! I was wondering by cubital artery, do you mean ulnar artery? Thanks !
Yes you are right, my mistake!
What machine do you use for ultrasound. Also what probes should be used for hand
My machine is a Aplio i800. For hand ideal probes are stick probes with frequencies of 20 mhz or above
