SIRIUS 3RB24 overload relays for IO-Link protect motors against overload, can start motors, and can switch motors under normal operation conditions.
The modular devices comprise an evaluation unit and a 3RB29 current measuring module for currents between 0.3 and 630 amperes.
Even higher currents can be measured using additional current transformers.
Other functions include ground fault monitoring, cable break monitoring, short-circuit monitoring, and thermistor motor protection.
