I want to know the importance of back suspension in bicycle. I thought back suspension is good for health of the rider. But few shop keepers have told me that back suspension is a reason for back pain. The shop does not have the bicycle with back suspension. So I am confused whether they are correct.
It is optional for sitting on the seat comfort, if you are out of saddle, front suspoension makes most difference but while sitting the back also makes your life easier
