this was the year i saw Willy DeVille at the orig. Lonestar NYC. He invited his doctor up onstage and talked about him for twenty minutes. I then realized that he might need a different doctor.
I saw him at the Paradise Club in Boston on Comm Ave so many years ago. He had such a great sound and voice and was one of the first Spanish crossover acts that got some attention when he should have gotten so much more.
