- Dramis International, Simard Suspensions off road department, presents its new mining truck : the D150T.
Imagined, designed, manufactured and assembled in our factory, the Dramis D150T meets point by point the specifications imposed by the driving conditions of the truck: load and type of ore, distances, rolling conditions (terrains, slopes, temperatures). Each element has been designed or selected to provide the best performance, maximizing reliability and security.

Need this monster at Snowrunner! And Australian maps!
That opening shot was EPIC!
Nothing looks sexier then a truck with a bow, like a ship.
can you please do a detailed video??
It will be perfect for spintires
Great video thanks for posting 605hp Cummins great looking truck
So I guess this is just Slightly overkill for a Tandem Dry Van.
Awesome truck
Nice new and common sense type earth-moving machines.... If the cost per hour, overall, beats the current Volvo/Cat/whatever out there now, you do have a winner...!
Have you guys thought of using a second B-Train set behind the first B-Train using power trailers like we do in Oz? There are some off road combinations using KW C540 with Cummins QSK19 and QSK19 power trailer, with up to 7 trailers with something like 500 tonne payload. However, although they go up some steep grades, they aren’t 8% and they are slow going uphill.
A double B-Train with power trailer would work for you, I would think. Double the payload with one driver and you can still maintain speed on the level and speed upgrade. Going downhill could be a problem though, Jakes would find it hard unless you had additional retardation like a Telma retarder.
Hi, yes we thought about the Australian configurations, but because of the driving conditions in north canada, it wasn't the best solution.
BEAST 💪💪💪
Nice
Awesome engineering
Mad Max Truck
That wheelbase tho
Sweet rig, personally I would rather have a 5+4 manual transmission. But its hard to beat a big KW no matter what the configuration.
Epic truck. Epic music. Name that tune.

NICE TRUCK BUILT FOR HEAVY HAULS

THANK YOU LOVE THEM BIG TRUCKS.
NICE VIEDO. TKS MUCH.

I'm in love
Really like this truck. If you do another one use Cummins qsk19. 19 litres instead of 15 so you can fly up the quarry roads. Kenworth c510 can take that engine. It's off road so it shouldn't be a issue.
Hi John. We used the biggest engine available for the chassis requested by the customer. And you know that engine is just one of the parameters in this equation
Cat 785G or 789D same payload, far fewer moving parts. Having used Simards on road suspensions since 2006, the fewer moving parts the better.
Dramis trucks are designed for long off road runs at medium or high speed. You can't run an articulated or rigid truck for a long trip at high speed.
Ok, thanks.
Good luck building 100km of road for a large Cat mining truck.
Beautiful

Wow Big Load.

So well built. Impressive.
Class edit 👌
Excelente camión. Ya
Can I use this in agriculture? For grain and tractor-combine haulage?
One of Dramis trucks applications is forestry, so everything is possible. Dramis modifications are custom solutions.
Dramis International Thank you. Very helped a lot.
You say in a comment "required by conditions to be all wheel drive (10x10)". I guess I dont see what this truck does that two 8x8 european style dump trucks cant. What about an oskosh 6x6 tractor with a double train?
The limiting fact is the trailer suspension. It just seems like if the trailers can handle what is needed some crazy tractor doesnt make a ton of sense. Either way very cool custom built truck. Thanks for the video.
Because of the slopes, the payload to haul, the ground conditions etc.. our engineers have opted for a 10x10 solution. We can provide every configurations. the truck, in these driving conditions, must be able to pull 150 metric tons.
The trailers don't pull, only the tractor. That is why the tractor is important. More powered wheels also means less chance of getting stuck.
ME AND MY RADIO KEEP ON TRUCKIN HOME by
FLO AND CURLEY. PLEASE DRIVE SAFE.
would this setup be usable if the customer wanted to use a Mack Titan Chassis instead of the KW C500?
Mack trucks has stopped Titan production in North America. Dramis Trucks are available in many configurations with all class 8 specialized trucks. Take a look at our website, you will discover some examples with Mack Granite, Western Star 4900XD, International HX chassis and of course Kenworth C500.
Is this more economical to run than larger haul trucks?
Hi Adam, Dramis are specially designed for off road applications and long runs. They are more economical than articulated or rigid trucks.
Dramis Internationa very impressive. I would love to see it in person one day.
What kind of gradients and distance is expected of this truck ?
140 kilometers round trip with 8% slopes
Dang, that's gonna heat up the differentials a good bit.
What is the extra benifit of that bar ?? Whiteout that this truck also do sane work ....so why ?
This bar was requested by the customer for safety.
Dramis International ....oh... Thankyou ☺️☺️
In america the safety standards in mine sights are crazy. In sudbury ontario canada truckers have to wear safety orange long pants with reflective stripes and safety orange long slieved shirts with reflective ppe stripes. Hard hat . Gloves. Safety glasses . Hearing protection. And above ankle steel toe safety boots in good condition. Laces tied tight. Just to enter the property to scale in a truck. Its nuts
can you please make a new video of the truck with a normal view
The video was made during test drive before delivery. The D150T is at work and we are not able to take some footages for now. Thank you
@@DramisInternational then can you at least make another video edit with out all the cut aways and flashing lights so i dont have to pause the video just to see the truck clearly.
hub reduction sisu drive axles
Made in Finland!
This is a BEAUTIFUL truck but it doesn't seem very fast
Karter Brown all about torque
what brand and size rear tires are those?
Sorry, we can't provide any technical details. For more informations, you can contact our sales representatives at info@dramisintl.com. Thank you
Why such a high spec truck for 150 tonne payload?
the Dramis D150T meets point by point the specifications imposed by the driving conditions of the truck: load and type of ore, distances, rolling conditions (terrains, slopes, temperatures)
how many horse power?
Dramis D150T has an X15 engine with 605Hp and 2050Lb-ft of torque.
Dramis International incredible
I know this is machine to work, a little more power would be perfect.
That's not only a question of power, you have to consider the other parts : chassis, transmission, axles, for a perfect match.
Dramis International, true.
More power requires a stronger drivetrain, which in turn requires a stronger chassis. Everything needs to be balanced for it all to work and to avoid wastage.
How much load capacity in this truck....
150 metric tons of payload
Wowww..... cool.....
N how many piston in this trucks engine.....
Put your Coke bottle glasses on and watch the video.
Gamit Rozin
WOW WOW WOW THAT, S A SMALL LOAD JOKE.
Are you hiring? Lol
8x6 C508 tow 180 tonne around quarries !!?? what's so special about this
Because of the driving conditions, a 8X6 could not meet customer's expectations. Our engineers have studied the field specifications and have opted for a 10x10.
