Well done and bless all 🛩
do you like german march music of the bundeswehr?
I spent 17 years in the South African Air Force Band and subsequently almost 21 years in the SA Army Band. Good to see my "Pommie" brothers. As a trombone player, it was also good to hear a bone feature.
Weel done for keeping tempo in the "Mark Time". This was one thing we could never get right as we always increase in tempo on the "Mark Time" unless the perc section kept time. This is unfortunately a problem throughout our military and a major peeve of mine.
Great to hear a few marches that we also performed regularly including the Royal Air Force March Past.
Very Impressive!! Excellent Job Drum Major Jeanette Scott. Exceptional Drill Well Done the RAF.
A Great Video Mr MBE, Brilliant Visuals & Sound. Thank You!
Not a good day for recording but thank you for making the effort and showing this event..
Fabulous! Col, USA, Ret. North Carolina, US
Will you be filming the freedom parade in Poole on Saturday? 70 sailors and the Royal Marines band Plymouth. My hometown but annoyingly I’m away when it’s happening
Hi Callum, that’s really annoying for you! Do you know the full route?
I am planning to attend as it is confirmed I have tomorrow of work now. Do you know of anyone else who will be out filming?
Update: filmed and will be released later on this evening or early tomorrow morning, depending when I get back to London. It was great to visit your hometown on such a gorgeous sunny day! Thank you for the heads up 🫡
I presume Rishi length trousers are also a fashion statement??
I often wonder if band members wear mouth guards when marching. Otherwise, they'd chip their teeth.
Am seeing two for sure with beards. Are they allowed now as for me that lowers the smartness. My opinion of course.
The RAF has allowed beards since 2019. The army has done so since 29 March 2024.
Scruffy looking beard wearers bring back the old ways, which looks so much smarter. Even the director has a beard, good to see the drum major is clean shaven 😂
Unfortunately it seems that beards have crept into so many uniformed institutions, especially the military and The Police. I agree, it is a retrograde step. Don't get me started on tattoos!
Trombone out of step, naturally.🎺🤔🤪
At which point?
for sure very good - do you like german march music ?
Great to see Aylesbury not afraid to fly Union Flag, unlike the garbage dump London.
