I first saw Laura Veirs play live in a tiny circular church in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2004 about a week or so after listening to Carbon Glacier for the first timeThe memory of that concert that only about 40 people saw will always be with meI've seen her play in the North East of England at The Sage, The Cluny and Caedmon Hall every year sinceHer music should be heard by a much wider audience, it is so specialThank you for bringing back a much loved memory
