Love Laura Veirs! One of only a few artists to have broke into the inner crust of my heart and now I identify with her music as though hearing my own name called.
I never saw her live, I live far from the area she usually appears, but fell in love with her music only a few years ago. It seems I have encountered nearly 2 dozen amazing artists since covid first appeared, all of them women. Laura has a special place in the wide assembly of discs! I also find her instruction videos so generous (tho I dont play guitar, lol) Come to Ohio, Laura!
Laura Viers!!! When I was about 10 my Mom went to her gig in Galway, Ireland (my home town) and brought back her cd. We listened to it all the time and I have so many memories attached to it. Thank you Laura for you gorgeous and haunting music 🙌💙 x
Having seen Laura play many times over the years and spoken to her at the end of the show I know that she's just one of life's beautiful people If when this covid 19 pandemic is over you get the chance to see her play do so, it will genuinely change your life for the better
It's beautiful to see what Tiny Desk was and how they've grown. This was such an authentic performance, I'd always feel embarrassed when I get the key wrong during My live gigs but that moment in Carol Kaye made Me feel safe and alright.
Wow, the closest closeup and the first blooper I've ever seen on tiny desk, and all in one song 😂 The harmonies on that "Carol Kaye" song are pretty good...in the right key 😋
maybe it's the deadline sleep dep, maybe it's the 60 days without seeing a street, maybe it's that moment in time almost exactly a decade ago, but this is giving me some major heart atmospheres.
Laura Veirs is easily one of the most overlooked songwriters of our generation. What a treat.
Absolutely!
I saw Laura right around this time at the Cedar Cultural Center in Minneapolis. Finding this today brought me to tears.
What a gift that Laura is still making music. She’s a wonderful live act and her enthusiasm for music is addictive.

I hope this band had fun this tour. I saw them at the Iron Horse Cafe in Northampton. It was a genius performance.

Aww I really like the bit at the beginning! Glad they kept it in
This is the first time I’ve ever heard them and they are awesome
Oh my gosh! Laura's the best
Sun is King is one of my all-time favorite songs.
That baby is 10 years old now... wow time flies....

Talking about close ups watch Adele's Tiny Desk concert, You'll see close ups there 🤣
Check out Hobo Johnson and Ben Folds. Some great mess ups there
Baby: “first off mom, this is really loud. And you’re in the wrong key!”
Such a beautiful group overall! Spirit, vocals, attitude! Thanks for this
Very nice Mother;s Day gift.
A lovely few songs to brighten up this mundane day :) Nice.
this is such an endearing performance

Baby grabs broom and starts bangin' on the ceiling. 'Hey, I'm sleepin' here!'
Love it. Fun people don't trip
Awesome
His voice sound like bjork voice ❤️
타이니데스크 콘서트에 어떻게하면 갈수있지 저기 한번 가볼 수 있다면 정말 꿈같을 것 같다
😊
She must be a relative of Chris Martin😁
very lovely💟
Anyone have the names of any of the performers here besides Laura? Thanks in advance!
I love it 😻 also is she pregnant?
Description says, "very much so"
Я за самодеятельность. Пусть киркорову будет обидно😁
never seen someone pregnant play guitar in my live!
У вас муж есть?
This is not Vulfpeck.
Lol at this point i support them never bringing vulfpeck on just to annoy you guys as much as you are annoying everyone else by constantly asking.
