Great old station.
Absolutely
Nice vid well done
Thanks!
Great video mate
Glad you enjoyed :)
For the size of Northampton I would of thought The Mounts would have had 2 appliances??
If I had a pound for every time I heard that!
Northampton arguably has sufficient fire cover with the following appliances ready to cover Northampton:
The Mounts (x1 Pumping Appliance)
Moulton (x2 Pumping Appliances, x1 Aerial, x1 Prime Mover)
Mereway (x1 Pumping Appliance, x1 Technical Rescue Vehicle, x1 Water Rescue Unit, x1 Joint Command Unit)
Brixworth (x1 Pumping Appliance)
Towcester (x1 Pumping Appliance, x1 Water Carrier)
Earls Barton (x1 Pumping Appliance)
Immediately, that is a sufficient number of appliances to attend a highrise fire in Northampton, arguably the most resource intensive incident on a day to day basis.
SO 🎴
@@BritishEmergencyVideos The Mounts looks like a massive station and no doubt years ago did have more appliances . Didnt the ALP used to be based there ?
Still using spare pump
This is an old video. They are now back on their regular appliance.
