You should do a long dresser centered under the tv and then a tall plant or something in between it and the mirror! It’ll look nice to have the dresser/tv centered across from the bed and the plant will help balance it :) and putting a table lamp on the left side of the dress would look good!
You need to move the collage of you and max to a wall like the one you have the RUclips plac, and then get something circular like a mirror or basket hang for above your bed! For your tv wall in your room, I think a horizontal dresser would work best and leave the rest of the wall empty!
I absolutely love watching your videos! I'm not sure if this will help but I sometimes have really dry patches of skin on my face and I did try the cetaphil lotion but it did not work so I just used aquaphor which is a great healing ointment and it helped my dry skin go away. Hey Gretchen! I'm not a doctor or dermatologist but I'd love to help if I can. Your best bet is to see a dermatologist so they can see exactly what's going on with your skin. So if you're getting that sort of eczema just around you nose and mouth area it's called perioral dermatitis. In simpler terms it's dry skin around the mouth and nose area usually caused by an allergen. If you've added anything new onto your skin or keep changing up your skin care so much there could be something your skin isn't liking. This also could be if you use any steroid creams and then stop it, or something you're eating that's causing the reaction. I have it too and I went back to the basics with my skin care. I used a face wash I knew didn't cause me any problems and I actually bought aloe leaves and used the gel inside as my night time face moisturizer. It's so much better than the bottled products I highly recommend. During the day I used a fresh moisturizer sample that help A LOT. After going to the basics with skin care, I realized it wasn't anything because of that. It was because of what I was eating. I eliminated some foods from my diet (eggs, dairy, sugar, processed foods) and then once the redness and dryness went away, I reintroduced the groups one by one each month. I finally figured out that since I was eating eggs every single day, that was causing my problems. A lot of dermatologists will recommend a steroid cream which initially helps, but once you stop using it it usually comes back (sometimes worse). Since this condition is usually cause by some sort of allergen, your best bet is to try and pin point yourself what's going on. I'm sorry this is so long I just get so into health and skin care especially when I've gone through it. Love you and I hope you have a wonderful day
Fellow friend who lost her dad suddenly. But I firmly believe that what helped me beat the random crying is my pictures. Make a collage of your family and dad. Then another of your friends. Place all three above your bed. So proud of you. I’m now almost two years out.
I normally have DRY peely skin. You should try Lush's cleansing balms. They look like tiny round soaps. My favorite is the "gritti politti" and "sleeping face". They are so amazing for removing makeup, cleaning and hydrating all at the same time!! Plus I use coconut oil as a moisturizer before bed! My face is hydrated all day with this xx
You could def put a shorter dresser like the Hemnes from IKEA or something similar to that under the TV, extra storage is always a plus! White covers for your wires, and then shift your nightstands/bed over like a foot to put a little space between the bookshelf and the bed area. Love the mirror where it is too!
You should look into getting a media console but like a cute one. I have the white 4x2 cube from ikea that looks good. Also maybe you should get a bigger tv to fill the wall up more. Above your bed maybe do a trio of framed wall art. There are cute ones that have saying on them, and if you and Max are really serious you could put a cute one relating to his and her or about your love story or something. Hope this helps!! i have had eczema for my whole life and i've been to multiple dermatologists and they always prescribed me brands like cera ve and stuff and they have never worked for me and my dry skin.. i have sorta gotten it down to a science now with what works best for me, i use the aveeno lotion for eczema (aveeno lotion that says eczema in light blue on the bottle at like cvs or drugstore) and i use it on my neck and face and my skin never gets dry when i use it consistently, also aquaphor on small spots and cortisone cream (the one that says eczema) works the best for problem spots!
I have the same situation w the dresser and tv happening in my apartment right now. I got a floor lamp from target and put it next to the tv and it worked out well!
I definitely think you should get some cute prints for above your bed. Maybe two or three. Definitely check out society 6 they always have a bunch of cute options! Loved the apartment update 🤩

I figured out that it was stress induced because it went away during summer breaks and then came back during my semesters in nursing school! I tried absolutely everything you could buy in stores and online but nothing helped. I finally decided to get a prescription from my doctor and it got rid of the eczema on my face immediately. I would recommend just going to your doctor instead of waiting and hoping it will go away like me 😂 love you and your videos, hope this helps 💕
You're missing a little tv stand to put decor on under the tv :) It will help make everything look center again as well! Maybe some set up of the storage cube organizer thing from Target where you can put the little cloth cube bins in it?

For the living room, I would go for a pop of color painting (canvas) but do a marble vibe so it isn’t like...overwhelming color and will go with your vibes because marble is white, grey, black. So having that with maybe purple mixed in and then have a coffee table with matching coasters so it ties in. For your room, I would move your picture collage with max next to your Murrow, add fairy lights around the mirror, add a small shoe rack maybe under the tv, maybe a house plant lol. And then for over the bed I would do a three series sorta vibe of fashion (idk but fashion is something that I think of when I think of you lol) Sorry if this doesn’t help! But that’s what I would do. I’m moving into a house for junior year in college so I’m able to decorate a house this time and I love your videos because I feel like I can relate. For eczema, try straight coconut oil! I have the same patches right around my mouth and coconut oil completely heals it!

For under the tv maybe put a floating entertainment cabinet from ikea you’re not getting the best quality but they are very inexpensive
