Like an arm chair, so much more comfortable than the modern bikes 💯💯

I would think with all the elevation to climb and long acceleration areas the 250 would have a HP advantage even if it's 30yrs old tech because it's been professionally tweaked. The 250 sure sounded like a handful on decel into corners and the 125 is exciting to listen to on accel. Looks like a fun track. Beautiful countryside views and all. Awesome video.

I had an 88 cr250 and the engine was phenomenal, really smooth power and that just kept going, sadly my chan came off and broke the engine case so I sold it

Getting a broken powervalve fixed is really satisfying. (After riding with it broken, thinking the top end is worn out.)

Yes it’s crazy how much difference it makes once it’s right, not easy to set up on that bike though 🥴

    Both respectable bikes
Wow very nice 88 CR 250 so nice I had to dig out and dust off my 88 CR 250 and see if she will run again

I agree the 250's torque pulling hard out corners. The 125's can be quite pesky.
Neville is the deciding factor pushing both machines equally. 👍

Hey from Australia, could be with the power valve not working properly it sounded like the 250 was all torque which may of helped. In my experience riding and racing 2strokes since "83" i found that the 125s were always at your heels the only advantage was long straights. As always it needed the right rider on the 125. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Yeah the 250 didn’t seem to Rev out correct. Got it a bit better but still not 💯. Yes I’m the right conditions a 125 can sometimes be faster

this track favors a 250 more, its pretty flat meaning its a horsepower track

      ЕСТЬ ПРОТИВОПОКАЗАНИЯ. ПОСОВЕТУЙТЕСЬ С ВРАЧОМ
No sir, on flat tracks 125 has a chance because of its weight, and if the track is sandy and with steep climbs, then 250 decides)
