Thank you so much for these tutorial and how simple you make it for anyone to understand it. I work in a foster children and I have a form in excell that I send to the region to fill out about the children and any services we provided. Most the time, the don't know if the form is sent to me or not. How to make it simple? so everytime they fill out the form, it will be collected the data of the form in a different worksheet as a table. they only have to check the table to see if they send it to me.
Usually in the form we have, date of service, name of service, child name, child case number. one child can have more than one services.

I agree it is very helpful ... but ... how come a leaver is present the next day? Once he/she leaves shouldn't the cells afterwards be empty?

When you say "leave" do you mean "authorised leave of absence" or do you mean "quit/fired"?
If the person quits then there should be nothing marked after the day they quit?

Thanks a lot Mr PK. But I noticed Data Bar does not reflect correctly. I had 5 meetings scheduled in different months. I need to track meeting attendants by Present Count, Absent Count, Excused Count, staff A's present count is 3 meaning he attended 3 of the 5 meetings, absent count is 1 meaning he absent 1 of the 5 meetings, Excused count is 1 meaning he has 1 excused absent of the 5 meetings. but the Data Bar shows full color on 1, which should only show very small portion not full color, it's misleading. How can I email you an image if I am not describing clearly here.
