- As requested by one of my subscribers, we made Bora with Shrimp and Sada Roti. We also did a juice consisting of Beets, Orange, one Lemon, a Lime, and Ginger. For dessert we made a Sugar Roti. It is always a pleasure watching you and Sherry cooking and chatting awesome job Rocky 👍 I love your Snowbell. I had one like her name Heidi, she lived a long and happy life until one Sunday morning she started to act very funny funny sounds like when she was having a heart attack, I held her in my arms and before I know it she was gone, I never forget that day. I cry my eyes out but nothing could not bring my baby girl back to me. We all love her so much. She talk she sing and she dance too. I was very sad and until now I remember her every day. But I have two Amazon Parrots 🦜 from Guyana 🇬🇾 I brought them here with me when I came to America. I still have them. By the way my anniversary is on the 10/11/2021. Forty one years 👍♥️🙏

Love the Goya tip for the shrimp guys. You can’t go wrong with bora. I can never decide if I should curry or fry, so I fry and at the end I sprinkle some duck and goat masala with tomatoes. Bora roll up in roti was my fav school lunch in Guyana.Love you guys. God bless your family
