I was 15 when they landed at the rock and roll bar by my childhood home sooo..this kid stood at the backdoor watching this IMPECCABLE show!! I I IMMEDIATELY bought the album ehen I finally found it and followed them to the end!! Rip Yesterday and Today!! BEST RNR BAND FROM THE;USA 😊!!! PERIOD!
When I was growing up playing guitar in Baltimore, we were hip to this bad ass band, 70’s LA Rock at its F-ing best. Guitar, drums, vocals, all live by the way. Set up in a room and record. Still one of my absolute favorites. 🤟🏻
Saw these guys open for the Runaways and Triumph in San Antonio. They blew their doors off!! When Triumph came out for an encore, the crowd chanted Y and T!! An amazing show!! The energy was unreal! I’d never heard of Y + T, was a Triumph fan. After that show...nope. Triumph tried, I’ll give them that. But wow!! Y +T blew the roof off the auditorium.
.. I was kid at 15 ( got ' high on good smoke .. then ) Check this Out Yesterday and Today ..LP .. Whoa .. just Generally Genuine Guys .. Dave and Phil Joey , of Course .. Leonard .. Awesome group of Musicians
Being a bay area boy loved this band keystone berkley still some of my fondest menories yes haze had a kicker no doubt joey was a lot of fun to watch also n dave well he is still doing it and phill was a rock star all the way thanks for the memories again
I remember when this came out in the mid 70's. My musician friends were blown away by this album. One of them got to jam with Dave. This was in Central CA
@@ThePaulv12 totally late to the party, but I'll proudly take haze over Peart. One has groove while the other has a really rigid style of playing. Not dogging on Peart, but he is too robotic for me.
First heard Y&T in '82 and have loved them ever since. Awesome band. Leonard was and is still a massive influence on my playing. The 'live' quality of this recording is sublime. I have it on vinyl, imported from the USA in '83. R.I.P Mr haze
Don't be too hard on the people who didn't like this. They have a disability. They got their heads buried so far up their fuckin asses that they will never know how great this and Leonard Haze are. My the fastest foot in drumming history rest in peace

Leonard Haze is the reason double bass drum pedals were invented. 25 Hours A Day is one of my most favorite rock songs ever!! Y&T rocks!
so the other drummer could keep up with his right foot lol
Ehhh...no. In 1969 the drummer of french band les Variations Jacky Bitton at album 'Nador'
But he used SINGLE kick 🙏Camco to be exact

In the 70’s we used to follow them wherever and whenever they played in LA. Ahhh, the good old days.
Crazy to hear this.... This was one of my favorite bands right before I discovered punk rock.... Haven't heard this since the late 70's....
Thunderfoot Forever !!
Leonard Haze drumming blew me away~could do more with one bass pedal than most can w/ 2`r.i.p.`
100% agree

R.I.P. Leonard Haze hopefully he's jamming with bass player Phil Kennemore once again!!!
And Joey Alves too.
Awesome record from my teen years........ Many Thanks from Florida!!!
I have this vinyl LP purchased in 1976
What a voice
My favorite from the first two albums.
By far the best foot in rock n roll.... Lenard Haze on drums... John B. From Zep was cool and great and all, but he was no Haze...
Just as Leonard Haze is no Neil Peart?

Haze all the way! He drove this band!

70's Rock just kept kicking out so much that this got lost in the shuffle. Still got it here. GREAT ALBUM !
Sounds like Mississippi Queen by Mountain
So is there a reason this album is not on Spotify? This is incredible
Leonard Haze...Mr. "Super Soul"!
❤
Use to have that album...bad ass
the mighty Leonard Haze
Double bass drum was there sinse late '70s and before thet in the '50s.
East bay power...Catholic school boys with attitude.... Dave is beast....Leonard was a nut job but what a talent,,
Two guys.....Doug Clifford, and Leonard Haze are the whole reason I took up drums.R.I.P Thunderfoot!
They played my high school battle of the bands and won best rockers
Three people don’t know good rock when they hear it.
