Filipinos don't usually eat atchara by itself. It is usually used like a dipping sauce wherein it is coupled with fried pork, chicken, fish, etc. Filipinos like sweets which is why most Filipino dishes are sweet or has a hint of sweetness. Also, we like a mixture of flavors in one bite, like s mixture of saltiness, sweetness, and sour.
Nice! Hope you include Filipino/Tagalog terms when talking to locals. They use Bisaya words but they understand the national language Filipino. God bless... Love the Lord always.❤

Atchara makes r food balance chicharon for highblood or cholasterol but Atchara made w/ papaya, ginger, onion, bell pepper, carrots, sugar, salt & pepper ingredients r healthy food like pipino salad.
try tocino (pork or chicken)with atchara. Or any fried dish, even with adobo or roast chicken. atchara is good with lots of things. you need to try different people's atchara. Also, you can try slice cucumber, onions and garlic, rfresh red pepper, a cup of vinegar, little salt and sugar(depends how sweet or salty you want), black pepper powder, (chili or siling labuyo if you wish spicy)mix in jar. Try to experiment for your taste . some place we called it ensalada... also good with diff dishes...
or paksiw na isda, try different fish, boil 1/2 cup vinegar with ginger(don't stir vinegar , wait until boil), little oil, salt (option green long sili). then add fish you want. cover and hope u like it . Hope you like it... I'll think more, different simple dishes. Sure a lot of people advising you diff dishes too.

Achara, goes well with anything that is fried, sergy try to look for fried balut or one day old chick, very nice with spicy vinegar or achara the chili pepper wrap and fry is called dynamite because that is spicy.
USE GROUND PORK, SHREDDE D CARROTS, MINCED GARLIC, LITTLE OYSTER SAUCE, SALT ROLLED TO A LUMPIA WRAPPER. BE SURE THAT THE FILLING IN EACH WRAPPER IS NOT TOO LITTLE FOR IT WILL SHRINK AND YOH HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO EAT SO ITS BETTER TO HAVE IT MORE.😎😎😎

I like your videos. Very honest. The canned tuna is better mixed with mayonnaise for a sandwich spread. It taste bland on its own. You should also try Zaragoza brand sardines, they come in a glass jar. Very tasty. Also, you should bring your children to a modeling studio so they can appear in advertisements and make lots of money.
Al you can make your own atchara and not putting sugar or less sugar instead , you can google recipe for atchara papaya That you can eat with dried fish aside or grilled fish
Traditionally, we don’t mix pineapple juice in atchare, that’s probably why that’s sweet You may want to try budbud It’s sweet sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves And there’s another made from cassava Good with coffee
hello my friend. just want to point out some of the misunderstandings i saw in this vid in the communications. number 1 was with the rabbit lady seller. when you asked "what it was for?" her answer is not for pet or for food but she answered to earn money. to buy rice. and she misunderstandly said rice is delicious when you thought was the rabbit. hehehe. filipinos do not eat rabbits actually. we buy rabbits just for pets. for the kids. not for its meat or for eating. hehehe. also, number 2, was about the calamansi in the water with jewels. actually, the reasons vendors put calamansi is to show that he's jewels are not fake. because there is a local belief or a superstition that if the jewel is geniune gold or silver, it will not fade due to the acidity of the calamansi or the lemon. but if it is fake the gold and silver will fade. that is all. hehehe. take care always my friend. and your family. we love you. keep learning. also, part of important learning is the local etiquette. or to know the boundaries in terms of communicating, approaching, talking. when to and not to. locals are very understanding. they may seem to enjoy your company or whatever you do, say or act. but note that they notices the small details that are not very good. like when you enter a house, it is not good to enter without permission of the owner of the house or someone who have authority. it is ok to learn but do it in a manner that will not disturb. locals know when you do something polite or impolite. but because we are so understanding, we just brush it off like its nothing because we put ourselves in to your or others shoes. hehehehe. i hope you understand. i just wish that all of us becomes better and better good. especially in adjusting to each others personal spaces. 😅 it is really hard to explain but i hope you get it. for a better community for a better understanding for all of us.
Achara in the Philippines is good for meal appetiser only for meat, chicken and pork and fishy foods. But consume it as whole one meal is not good. The purpose of that is to remove excess food sweetness, oily, fatty & more. That is alternative of any common dish sauce.
