When I was breaking, as a kid back in the 80s, I would’ve never imagined that this dance would come back in full force like it is today. And if we could’ve looked into the future and see what breakdancers are doing now, we would’ve lost our minds back then!

It's out of this world how breaking has come to this! I'm 49 yrs old, and back in the mid 80's my shuffle and backspin was stupid but my windmill would be so long and aggressive I would actually elevate off the floor twisting twice in the air for the killer. There is no limit to what our bodies are capable of once we tap into our inner being. Phenomenal video! Thank you so much!❤

If the bar was set this high at the 2024 olympics, then that embarrassing performance by that Australian girl would have never ended up on TV. This video is an example of virtuosity in the sport, the likes of which was not even touched by any competitor that we witnessed at the games. They all need to examine this video. Beats me to say most of suicide moves go wrong it’s actually 80% that you’ll break something or get injured maybe even worse

The sheer level of athletic ability that is being shown just amazes me. It's a far cry from the 1985 pop and lock, windmill, and the worm.🤣🤣🤣

This is only scratching the surface. Then what we saw in the Olympics. Very tame.

Some of these moves take skill and pain tolerance. I remember I use to do the matrix move back when I would back to the floor and come back again, but it fucked up my knees hard.

Yo B Boy shit is seriously insane now! Being 47 and remembering when I was doing the windmill at the bus stop behind the Kroger's with the cardboard we'd pull out at the bus stop going to school. It's crazy now, and I wish we had this level back then. Same as when I was riding BMX, and we thought doing a 360 hop off the curb was as good as it got. Maybe we paved the way, but these guys are in outer space!

Many of these guys will have to go through difficult times after 40 years. You can't fool physics: the spine, joints, muscles, ligaments - everything will require repair) And so - cool guys

Think about it logically. Of course it hurts at first, that is why they train their bodies to be super strong.
