These guys were the first band I ever heard that absolutely curled my toes...as much as I loved the Beatles, Stones and all the rest of the British invasion. Their sound was so unique, ethereal, beautiful. I couldn't wait for the next hit. Words is, imo, the most beautiful song I have ever heard. I love the Bee Gees and always will. The first song of theirs I heard was Holiday. I couldn't believe the haunting beauty. I was blown away. Robin had the most beautiful voice of the 3. But I absolutely loved Barry Gibb. No man has ever come close. Bee Gees forever.

I woke up this morning with song on my mind... It played all through my dreams... So I had to listen, I don't know maybe 10 times or more... It truly is a beautiful song. What comes to my mind is "This world has lost it's glory" I feel it truly has... Sad to say, but with all that is and has been going on in this world you kinda get to feel that way. This song reminds me of my first love, and I sneaking out of my Aunts house and running to his Aunt house, to let him know that my father had come to take me back to boarding school in the States. Cutting my Easter vacation short bc of him, being in Baja at the same time as I was vacationing there with relatives. Not finding him there,I ran back and turned on the radio and this song was playing. Now it always brings me tears, for a few yrs later he was kill while being on dirty as a firefighter at 28 yrs old leaving behind our 5 yrs old daughter and myself!💔🐝🐝🐝

I identify a lot with this song in particular, there is no other of theirs that I identify with more than this one.
I was at that concert. So remember how that song hit me in the guy, still to this day. It’s saying he’s lied so much he doesn’t expect any thing to show he’s changed so he knows how she won’t take this as truth, Words, they’ve meant nothing in the past, he understands he only can say those same words. That’s when I realized my relationship was a manipulation. Never listen only to Words, watch behavior first and don’t make any excuses for the truth you become too blind to see.

Its grandma Marilyn listing before bed . It's hard tonight as had to gp to ER cut my index figer bad kept breeding profusely. My hubby and i tired everything. Bandaged you name it. He was citting grass and i drove myself. Doctor said if i had not gotten there when i did would have passed out wow. Took 7 stitches and hurts terrible badly tonight.
