Mike's lyrics being split into what he really said, and the taunting that Steven beleives he hears is awesome. Mike also not having lyrics the hole time is a little weird but it would be hard to sing when you're being strangled. That and Steven could be screaming over Mike in order to not hear what he doesn't want to. He doesn't want to beleive it was a freak accident. He wants to pin the blame on someone. Which could be why he refuses to hear Mike's true words.
I think Steven was starting to believe in Mike's true words. that's the reason why he was starting to see what mike really was saying, but he just wanted to keep denying that so he started to choke him believing that mike must've been tricking him.

Ya know, this reminds of the time I sung my brother a Lullaby for Safety. But let's just say that in the end, he was Left Unchecked ever since that night. Also, I'd like to mention that this entire world's a Lost Cause. Everything's in Monochrome, and homeless children are never fed Pasta every Night. Not to mention that where I live, everyone gets Frostbite. To make matters worse, I recently developed a rare case of Amusia, along with having to pay a Death Toll. I had a Dissension with my wife, and ever since then, she's left me. Could she be Missing? No. Worse. She's dead.
I like how in the second part, Mike's lyrics have a red undertone under the font, meaning that Steven is twisting his words to hear what he wants to hear, that being another reason to kill Mike, even though there were no real reasons at all.
I love how Mike didn’t start talking immediately after he was being choked makes a lot of sense. I honestly feel bad for Mike you can tell that he’s really scared.
Thank you for doing this. Dissension is one of my favorite songs in the Scrapped build and Strangled Red is my favorite Pokepasta. (Mainly because I have written a story on a slightly similar idea) I love how Mike's lyrics are mostly what Steven twisted them to be, and the fact that some of his vocals aren't paired with lyrics gives me the idea that Mike is trying to call for help, but can't get anything out.

a cool thing i noticed is that mikey words had a red glow behind them when mikey looks crazy since that is how steven sees him and the reason they have a read glow is because of how steven head is twisting those words into what he thinks is happening when it is the opposite

Missingno didn't kill Miki, it was an error with the trading machine (as far as it's alluded in the story) Steven tried to use Missingno to bring Miki back, but it didn't work all the way, it's implied she was mangled beyond recognition, almost like a zombie.

Thank you for doing this. Dissension is one of my favorite songs in the Scrapped build and Strangled Red is my favorite Pokepasta. (Mainly because I have written a story on a slightly similar idea) I love how Mike's lyrics are mostly what Steven twisted them to be, and the fact that some of his vocals aren't paired with lyrics gives me the idea that Mike is trying to call for help, but can't get anything out.

a cool thing i noticed is that mikey words had a red glow behind them when mikey looks crazy since that is how steven sees him and the reason they have a read glow is because of how steven head is twisting those words into what he thinks is happening when it is the opposite

Missingno didn't kill Miki, it was an error with the trading machine (as far as it's alluded in the story)
Steven tried to use Missingno to bring Miki back, but it didn't work all the way, it's implied she was mangled beyond recognition, almost like a zombie.
