I throughly loved CH5 S3.
I never burnt myself out and RELOAD as well really helped this season succeed.
Honestly Chapter 5 in general was underrated. Chapter 5 just showed the the community are just burned other and try to masked it by saying new changes ruined in and overall hating the game

Salty people just complain way too much every season. I’ve been playing this game happily since I started in chapter 3, but had some serious complains about the current season… but if all sweats start complaining about everything in each season I’m just one of the many negative persons in the community. Even though I’m a very casual player, who barely had any complains for almost every season.

I don’t understand how chapter 2 season 3 was overshadowed by the other 2 seasons, ik the community prefer those 2 seasons cuz marvel and peak of fortnite but that didn’t mean chapter 2 season 3 was bad at all, imo it was up there with the other 2 and even possibly better

C1:overrated but fun at the time
C2: one of the best seasons we ever got, the flooded map offered a surprisingly fun playstyle. Cars were huge for the game
C3:not really too bad, it just followed arguably the most important season the game has ever had so it felt kinda underwhelming
C4:the mammoth pistol and jjk mythics the only good things added this season.
C5:somehow the only season 3 to ever have a live event. Despite the nerfs this season had an amazing lootpool, just kinda wish the cars stayed meta to change up the game for once

The only thing that saved Wilds was Optimus being in the battle pass. He is the skin I wanted the most so I grinded the hell out of the season just to get him and his edit style in the bonus rewards
finally, someone who doesn’t TRASH on chapter 4 season 3. imo, its severely underrated. i understand why people might not like the season, its very hard to get used to, but once you learn the routes of the jungle, and the best strategies, this season can be amazing in some peoples eyes, including mine. it DEFINITELY isn’t the best, thats obvious, it has loads of downsides, but imo its the best season 3.

If a season is held back due to time I’m still gonna hold it to the same expectations as today, just due to the simple fact people claim it’s better than modern seasons.

This is by far my favorite season. I love post apocalyptic themes. And this was just chaotic fun and spite the nerfs, the season was fun. And it gave me a challenge in zero build. Which I like

Chapter 2 season 3 was my first season after a while so it’ll always have a place in my heart, vibin on the other hand… that season sucks. Wilds was also pretty underrated, the lootpool was amazing and I think the jungle is overhated. Wrecked is also pretty bad though.
I loved the jungle biome. The battle pass aside from the tier 100 collab skin was really solid. I run Ryan, Era, and Renso regularly to this day

Also I seem to find it Ironic how the Community tend to complain about wanting more "unique gameplay" only for them to hate on some of the seasons that tend to have that excluding Ch1S3.

Personally loved CH2 S3 - one of my favourite seasons.
Perhaps controversially I enjoyed the chill vibes of CH3 S3. The Battle Pass mostly matched that theme and there were some fun mechanics with the reality saplings, new POIs and the baller-coaster.
I really enjoyed CH4 S3 too. It did get a bit boring during the summer but the jungle was unique and pretty cool with mechanics like mud and plants etc. I liked the Battle Pass too, mostly.
However I am an enjoyer of CH2 S6... so maybe that has something to do with it?
CH5 S3 I really couldn’t get into on launch, sadly. I took a break from the game and came back and it has been okay. My favourite part has been the Battle Pass and the storyline, as well as Festival 🙈

i might have a bias cause it was the first season i played but it was my absolute fav other than chapter 2 season 5
In my opinion,
Chapter 1- Mainly praised for nostalgia sake, didn’t really add anything crazily new to the game that wouldn’t get removed later (afaia it’s been a minute) most forgettable battlepass of C1.
Chapter 2- I’m biased because it actually executed the summer theme well with a nice summer event but the water was gone too quickly which left some dry gameplay near the end of the season, still fun enough for me to declare it the best S3.
Chapter 3- Summerbait. Should’ve been a good season in theory but was ultimately one of the most boring seasons I’ve ever played (don’t worry, C2S6 is still keeping the title for most boring) this was around the time where Fortnite got so dry I stopped playing as much. Mediocre battlepass.
Chapter 4- Epic cooked on the male skins for the battlepass. As for the season itself…trial and error. Mechanics weren’t that bad but I feel gameplay got stale after a month. Lazy summer event.
Chapter 5- This actually had potential to win me back as a season. The car mechanic was hella fun and it was great to see them have a cohesive theme in the battlepass and on the map for once in a while. They took a risk, which I’m grateful for. The problem arose once they started to please both sides of the community and started adding terrible nerfs. Also, they singlehandedly made the worst summer event ever and I can’t forgive them for that. But I hope they take a risk like this again in future just properly handling it next time.
All of the season 3s are underrated because how much hate they get tbh but it’s also because I didn’t like them that much while playing but then while coming back to seeing it, it’s nostalgic and I realized they were actually fun and I made memories

I have a theory. We all (most of the player base arent adults) get summer break and grind tf out of Forntite til we're burnt out, so every summer season only looks good in retrospect, hence every Sesson 3 is the worst ever.
Sadly i liked most season 3s expect c2 but this one was the worst Fortnite had ever go to be the player count was so low reload carried and other content being cars which was such a boring idea

You forgot to mention that Season 3 had the first real time events when meteors came from space quicker and quicker later in the season. Also it made lead way for season 4 with the first live event and everything.
Vibin was my fav, that summer was peak for my life and although this season was mid, I still truly enjoyed it 😍

Hi, number 1 Ch3 Se3 glazer here, and I just have to state my case. This season is, like, the last good season to have actual good map updates weekly, and ever since, the maps have stayed the same from start to finish so I appreciate that about this season. And speaking of the map updates, why does no one ever mention the fact that POIs changed INBETWEEN matches? This is the only time Fortnite has ever done something like this and Im tired of people never mentioning it. Locations from the beginning of the chapter actually changed because of the Reality Tree shenanigans, making multiple POIs interesting again like the Lumberyard (and finally getting rid of the Dailey Bugel which stayed for way too long). And to defend the Battle Pass, at first it didnt make sence to me, you know with knights Siths and toy figures, but it makes as much sense as Chapter 2 Season 3. Vibin is the season that followed a war based season, so it makes sense the following battle pass will have warriors who are ready to relax in the pass (and Jones i guess). And finally, while they were nerfed heavily nearing the end of the season, Reality Saplings were really cool to me. Guaranteed loot was a really useful tool, and the fact the mythic you could get from one changing based on what terrain you threw it down on was awesome. I dont care people think the season is mid, but for me it is an easy top 5 of all time. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
The locations were still very minuscule it didn’t do anything at all other than just sit there, I get where your coming from and yeah the switching mechanic was cool but not interesting if the locations are mid and out of place. Also Donald mustard straight up said he just to them in there cuz he wanted to there was no correlation with the war season. The cohesiveness isn’t even my main problem with the season it just bored me. Either way if you enjoyed it that’s all that really matters.

Great vid, btw people didn’t hate the jungle cuz it was an ugly part of the map like the primal locations. It was because you would constantly die to full damage because it was a massive sinkhole in the ground.
I know I mentioned that in the video, which I do understand. I just didn’t find much issue with it.
Gonna be real, it’s all subjective at the end of the day with seasons. But season 3’s, they’re alright. Personally i think in ranking from best to worst so far is C1S3, C2S3, C5S3, C3S3 and C4S3. I’ve been around each season and played enough of each season 3.
I know Season 3’s are controversial but doesn’t mean we wont get another good one eventually.

I first played fortnite chapter 1 with the thanos event and came back in Chapter 3 season 1 and non stop playing.
unfortunately, I didn't play ch1s3, ch2s3, and ch2s6.
Out of ch3s3, ch4s3, and ch5s3. Chapter 5 season 3 had the most Flushed out content and consistent updates out of the three.
Ch5s3 was fun and pretty great.
However, it's not the greatest.

- Car mods are gun
- nitro Fists are fun (my favorite since the shockwave hammers)
- nitro Splashes really helps the Paste of the game. W for epic games.
- metallica collab is a huge W
- fall guys update is pretty good.
- Reload, Amazing.
- Endgames in br are not a snooze fest.
*cons*
- Lootpool is mid.
- Solos this season is kinda of rough, because there's a lot of players that are teaming at a few first weeks of the season.
- some nerfs are necessary like the mythic cars, but they kinda nerf nitro stuff and cars way too much.
- summer event is underwhelming and summer trip quest with the free cyberpunk is kinda controversial.
- pirate of Caribbean event is underwhelming. So underwhelming that I didn't even bother buying the mini pass with Jack Sparrow.
- Magento gloves is way too overpowered and spamming. And Yet, people said that nitro fists are too broken. Bruh....

- The battle pass fits the theme of the season, but but not my cup of tea.
- the combat ar, Thunder burst smg, and gatekeeper shotgun the only thing weapons that are good. Imo
- map change is alright, but kinda of forgettable.
- medallions are alright. However, Unlimited Nitro medallion is way too op, and if you have it, you'll win 90% of the game. This is one of the reasons why I prefer the argument system over the medallions.
Overall, I give this season a 7.4/10.

I don't think that chapter 5 season three was horrible i just didnt like how i would get spammed by the nitro fists and getting run over by cars every game I play. In my opinion its mid chapter 2 season 3 is way better. but i will always remember chapter 5 season 3 even thought i dislike it.

Wrecked 100000000% I’ve played since Chapter 1 Season 4 and this is one of the most fun seasons I’ve ever played
Ch2 s3 and ch1 s3 were the best. Every other was okay, this one was kinda mid
1. Wrecked has shown me that fortnite has not lost there identity by adding goofy fun item’s to the game and overall was very fun
2. Splash Down covered most the map in water where boats and sharks were a must for the start of the season and also added cars but coral castle was added during this season that kinda makes me put this season lower
3. Vibin has to a good season imo not to crazy I liked the goofy weapons like the rip saw launcher and dragon ball mythics but is lower on my list but can we talk about how overhated this season is it’s not the best but it’s good
4 wilds made me see vibin as a top 5 season wild imo was soooooooo lazy the futuramma mythic was a copy and paste of a zyg and choppy’s ray gun and the mk-alpha is just a knock of mk-seven the boom rifle was so annoying kids used to spam those all the time and got free win this is the season where we also had the mythic drum shot gun yea this has to be the worst season hands down

I did sort of like chapter 3 season 3 for what it is not because of Donald mustard but the grinding for that season was so slow and difficult but imo I liked the battle pass each skin looks great and ofc the dragon ball collab but paradise was probably the worst season I’ve played( I didn’t play primal since I didn’t join back then but I did play a bit of chapter 1 on mobile back then)

Imo the worst thing about this season is the color scheme. It feels really dull and brown and I really hate it. I found myself not wanting to land in the desert biome just because I didn’t want to look at the bland colors. In contrast Chapter 2, Season 2 was super colorful and vibrant which felt much better to play.

I think with some of your points I disagree with. I’m not gonna say anything about Ch1 s3 because I wasn’t there to play it, Ch2 season 3 was absolutely one of Fortnite’s best and it deserves to be included in Fortnite’s prime with Ch2 season 2 and 4. But that’s also where I start having a problem with the video. You talk about the cohesion in the video a lot, I agree with you when you say that ch3 season 3 wasn’t cohesive but the battle pass wasn’t bad with skins like Malik, Evie, Adira, and Darth Vader for example.Ch4 s3 is definitely a little overhated, and I know you mentioned that the battle pass for that season wasn’t cohesive in all the places, but you didn’t mention the fact that Optimus Prime was the tier 100 for that season, he has nothing to do with the jungle theme. But then when it comes to Ch5 season 3 it was like you gave it an exception. Metallica made sense with the whole metal and rock theme, but Pirates of the Caribbean didn’t make any sense I don’t know what pirates have to do with the apocalypse, and Magneto specially didn’t make sense he has nothing to do with the theme and was only there as a commercial for the next battle pass. I don’t mean to hate with this comment, I’m just sharing my thoughts like you said.
I mentioned there was a few hiccups in the battlepass. I don’t think one skin was enough to throw off the entire battlepass. But besides that, chapter 5 season 3s theme was being “all over the place” so it had more leisure in what it could do, either way it definitely threw it off a bit with pirates. but magneto 100% fits this theme. Most of the things you mentioned were small things that weren’t on theme where Vibin was completely off in every way. I get where you’re coming from but I didn’t view most of those to be uncohesive or at least enough to throw the seasons theme on its head.

I been playing Fortnite since day one when Fortnite didn’t have no levels and I love chapter one ,two and three but chapter 5 season 3 was trash I didn’t play this season till now and still manage to complete the battle pass and bonus rewards 💯

Chapter 5: Absolutely yes. I’ve had so much fun this season, more than any season besides OG since early Chapter 3
I only have played Chapter 4 and Chapter 5's season 3 and I enjoyed both. I'm the opposite, I loved the raptors, mostly because it was my first time utilizing wildlife in the game. I also started trying out builds in that time as well as enjoying the jungle biome with the thermal. There was a lot to like in that season and I wasn't overly expecting of content then. However, Chapter 5's was even more awesome. Was a great shake up for the game when I was getting a little tired of the same gameplay formula. It was crazy, chaostic, and most of all fun. What brought it down a peg was less the season itself and more the community's venomousness as well as Epic just making several bad decisions like not splitting the loot pools till so late, overnerfing, and bringing back boogiebombs. But yeah, both are overhated and were great seasons for me.

I agree so much with u on Chapter 4 Season 3 cos the lootpool wasn’t bad at all the battlepass had some cool skins and the jungle wasn’t that bad, Shady Stilts was my main drop also the updates that came out were good just the weren’t very frequent it was a good season and definitely not one of the worst (Still love C4 S2 more tho)

Vibin' is underrated due to the sheer number of POIs that it added but it felt far too long--should have been 12 weeks not like 14 or whatever it was. Sorry, Wilds is the worst season EVER. Horrendous new POIs, horrific battle pass, somehow manages to be the WORST season out of a crappy chapter. But, Chapter 5 Season 3 was really good up until the end where it yet again feels too long and the ARs this seasons are bad. Also, the POIs feel a little weak this season but they are growing on me over time.
Vibin only had 2 locations everything else were small POIs or unneeded upgrades.

I think chapter 5 season 3 broke the curse, it was fitting with lore of Pandora Box, the Battle pass had a skins that have a role in the whole story of season 3, Megalodon was badass villian, also Magneto had a important story role or we will see today cause Hope have spoken with him about a future. This season was one of my favourite because of cars, collabs I'm a huge metalica fan, fallout fan, and pirates of carabeen was my childhood. Overall a solid 8/10 season. Also the machinist was so pretty....

I didn’t play chapter chapter 1 or 3 but I think chapter 2 season 3 was an alright season but is overrated, chapter 4 season 3 is a decent season but because the rest of the chapter was so good it makes it look bad, and chapter 5 season 3 is the best out of them all and has easily been the best season of chapter 5 for me
