At Wine Spectator's 2023 New York Wine Experience, the thrilling (and delicious) Chefs' Challenge starred dishes and wine pairings presented by José Andrés, Emeril Lagasse, Eric Ripert and Danny Meyer. Ripert's dish, Pistachio Praliné with Grand Marnier Bavarois, was paired with Jorge Ordonez & Co. Málaga No. 2 Victoria 2018 and Château Suduiraut Sauternes 2020.
