I always found oil pastels impossible, but I loved a mix of colored pencil and chalk pastels. They get dusty, but there is more control without the stick gloominess I feel when I tried pastels... It has been forever since I drew for fun on the regular. I am excited I have an iPad and ipen coming to work with procreate. So much excitement.

For the pastels use your fingers and maybe a small flat brush working with those are so much fun.

I think I do! :-0 I feel like I've tried both RGB and CMYK but never noticed a difference LOL
CMYK are more opaque, they dońt have much brightness, thank you for answering me

Why is it that in western countries you guys say lunar new year when in southeast asia it is called chinese new year? 🤔
ooh I just call it lunar ny when speaking towards a broader audience! for me, I usually call it chinese new years since I'm chinese, but for other asian ethnicities (like vietnamese), they'll call it vietnamese new years/tết :-)
