It is something that you get used to. Kinda like a guitar....fingers get used to it. Also, the tines (metal) are kept oiled so that helps too. Thanks for listening... :0) Patti
Hi, There's not anything written out. I'm just picking out by ear and keeping in my head ;0) Hopefully I'll never forget the arrangements! Thanks for stopping by...I so appreciate the support.. takecare Patti
@petepenner1991 It does take some time to play familiar music, but you can play just chords very easily. And it's an ongoing learning experience when arranging familiar songs.
@megamegan944 they range in prices depending on the size you order. they come in 2, 3, 4 or 5 octave. It just takes some time and patience to learn the layout of the Array. I dove right in and somedays would spend 5 or more hours practicing. You can search Array Mbira and it will bring up the makers site.
Thank you! Wow that was a memory from the past!😉 I do have a much newer arrangement also that I recorded on my 5 octave Array if you havent found it yet😉
@puppetpatti if this is the same thing i think this is what you are looking for search thearraymbira and then go to the top where it system - it has note charts
ahhhh. the beginning of this is in a movie. Not the actuall song either. it sounds exactly like this instrument. Its bothering me so much that I cant think of it.
