K24 runs but ran into some issues p0716

Got the k24 started and running but ran into a few issues. 1 couldn’t get the car to start. 2 got the car started but mph idle and move with rpm in park.
Side note: check all grounds! I didn’t tight down the ground on the intake by the injectors. Once I tighten down engine started right up.
Then I realized my mph was idling like my rpm even rev like the rpm. Got a P0716 code. Need more diagnosing.
Possibly cause I think…. Not enough grounds, pinched wire, broken wire, a short in wire, connectors, or ecu….
