Use it with the crappy Arceus spell book. It ups the proc chance to 50% instead of 20%. You can use the upgraded Wildy scepter, or actual spells like a weird zammy flames type spell with similar max hits and a 3sec freeze time.
It’s the only way using this set makes actual sense.
