I grew up in a house right along this stretch of Hwy 1 in the Carmel Highlands, very beautifully done.

I've only gotten one drone video on my channel that I got to go to the beach and that was in Corpus Christi. While the water was beautiful, I wish it was so bright and pretty it would hurt my eyes lol. Kudos to another 4K Drone pilot!

Hi John, Awesome as always. Been missing watching your posts. Hope you are starting back again once the house is under control. Do you use Lichie or DJI Go 4 for your Phantom4 pro? You get great smooth pans and I have yet to achieve this. Was at Lake Crowley High Sierra yesterday at those sone pillars you shot some time ago. Great to visit on a kayak with a drone.
Awesome, was it pretty smokey at the lake?
Not to bad. The smoke was blowing towards Mono Lake. But it has been almost a whiteout several times this week. Do you use Litchie or DJI Go 4 for your Phantom4 pro? You get great smooth pans and I have yet to achieve this. I have lowered my pan sensitivity on the stick, but heard you can program pan with litchie.
Soul Genesis I only use DJI go 4, haven’t tried Litchie. That’s cool that you can program panning!
Thanks for your reply. I know you are busy but would love to know how you get your pans so consistent. I have a steady hand and have the left still stationary in a slow panning position and my Phantom 4 Pro does not always pan consistently, especially while moving in any direction.

Yes, I use PolarPro ND filters. For this video, I used the ND8 and ND32 polarized filters.

South of Big Sur along Highway 1
Drones are prohibited in the Big Sur area. The area is a National Marine Sanctuary protected by NOAA regulations below 1000 ft AGL. The land is wilderness area protected by state laws.

beautiful location to of filmed and lovely footage. ive only filmed by the coast a few times but need to do more. Just editing my Norway footage with my P3S after only getting back yesterday. Going to make 3 vids on the 3 places i filmed then one compilation of the best footage which will probably be the best video of the Norway Vids.
By the way lovely last scene with the edit of the music.
