The intro tells us how Vander wants Viktor to "find me" so that he could get back to his daughter again. But eventually realizes he is "too far gone". And so he wants his daughters to "remember me" as he once was, the loving and strong dad that he is, not the beast he has become.
I've been listening this on repeat, its soo good, I actually like the exclusion of the part you took out, I feel like it was solely for a moment in animation, it doesn''t fit general song. Good job anyways

I was so hoping someone would do this, the song just isn't the same without the intro. The "Can you find me?" just makes me so, so sad.
Act 2 was way too good...
