Most weapon refinement only gives 5-10% atk (Aquila, WGS, Memory of dust, Vortex Vanquisher, Summit sharper,etc.) If base atk = 1000, then 5% atk is only 50 atk which is only 1/3 of homa refinement. And most character don't even have 1000 Base ATK. So yea, Homa refinement value is📈📈📈📈.
