Top 3 albums Messengers, Constellations and Guardians. Guardians is a mix between Messengers and Constellations with added new ABR. Anyway you look at it. It is one of the only bands that can put out new albums and still rock.

There are a handful of good songs by them he needs to check out. I just know he would lose his shit for the guitar in Machine. Also needs some As Blood Runs Black on here.
You would really like songs off of Leveler. “Boys of Fall”, “Poor Millionaire” (you’ll love lyrical content), “Cutting the Ties”, etc.
Leveler and Rescue and Restore get overlooked but I don't think it's because the songwriting is worse than their other stuff. I wish those albums had been produced with a heavier sound.
Constellations is easily my favorite ABR album
As far as their best album, Constellations is my sentimental favorite, but Found in Far Away Places is probably the overall best. The "heaviest" if that's what you're looking for is Guardians.

Stoked to see your reactions to ABR! Gotta tell you there are a few phenomenal songs you should check out. Just listen to them and I guarantee you will want to do a reaction video. I agree with Mat who posted earlier you gotta check out REDEMPTION. The next two would be MARTYR and then VANGUARD. Musically the last two are super cool in the transitions and instrumentation. REDEMPTION is just such a powerful song lyrically. It leaves no doubt about faith with ABR and I appreciate them so much for that.

And yes, Constellations is up there on the most well done and influential metalcore albums for the whole scene! Nobody sounds like ABR and that's a big PLUS (only the band Texas In July have a LOT of influences, but they are from the same state and went even the same school, they were the ''little brothers'' of ABR)

Alright man, it's official. ABR has been my favorite band since 06, saw them live then in Boise then when they were kinda starting out with their first vocalist that left pretty early on. I can tell that you really get it and love them like we always have. For the sake of all of us fans, after you react to Redemption by them, you NEED to react to a few Impending Doom songs: (the name threw me off for the longest time too) Murderer & War Music.
