They could Easily pretend and made this like a drama, but I'm pretty sure most of their interactions were real, they were really into it, unlike other couples. That's what the hate really made them feel guilty and now they're uncomfortable in public
As someone who watch WGM from S1, not comparing others but since people keep saying that WGM was all about scripted but they didn't know that it wasn't really scripted for Ddongie couple. The PD even praised Eric Nam for his PD-minded-like character to give his ideas and planned it together with Yongsun. From what i've seen from this couple, they don't "act fake" like other couples. They are people with genuine feelings. They both act just the real Nam Yoon Do & Kim Yong Sun in real life and they successfully portrayed the friend-like relationship which they showed us that being in relationship, it's not all about having skinships. People be hating because they sense genuine in them but ughh that's really stupid!
Not at all the reason why is because they received so much hate especially eric and he even said it in his podcast

Watching old videos WGM made me realize how fun the show and the couples are! ❤ I wish they bring it back so that the 3rd and 4th gen idols can also experience them. And get to experience how to date even just in shows since they are so busy. ❤
