    I bought this same tractor for my small scale commercial beekeeping operation and this video definitely opened my eyes on how much more these cylinders can help me with some of my heavier loads I need to pick up. Will be looking into this.

    Received my book cylinders for my 3025E this afternoon. 45 min to install. My 3025E has a trailer hitch with Rimguard in tires. I try to pickup 1/2 ton of stove pellets w/48" frontier forks and it won't. Remove 5 bags & I can just put in back of truck. "Never" had problem with needing rear ballast. With stock cylinders 6 seconds bottom to top. With new cylinders, 9 seconds bottom to top. These wire both at idle. After install I went out log pile. Put forks completely under and hit lift at 1500 rpm. Rear tires got 12" of air real fast. Put 60" box scraper on rear and solved light rear end. I hope this answers questions about speed and lift capabilities for others. I'm waiting on curl cylinders to arrive. Very happy with product. No need for bigger pump yet.

    I have the 2022, 1025R JD It is all stock & yes, it is slow but right now I have an issue where I have broken one of the cylinder rods for the tilt/curl, on the bucket
    I can replace the one cylinder with another stock cylinder ($339 to $599 a piece) or if I change Both cylinders to the new & bigger cylinders will I be taking a performance hit?. I am using the stock hydraulic pump & the pressures are still stock
    I am assuming you are offering these a single cylinder & not in a pair?

    Kevin, will the production cylinders have paint that matches the OEM color? The color on these looks off, at least in the video it looks off.

    • @HydrosPlus
      @HydrosPlus  Год назад

      The paint color I use is RAL6001, but it's nearly indistinguishable from the OEM. The reason I chose this color is because the OEM is secret, so you can get variations if you try to color match it. Also, for parts I powdercoat, RAL6001 is a color you can buy. You can't really color match powder, at least not easily.

    Hi, I have a 3032e. Do I need to get pump or can I just swap the cylinders? And what’s the final weight to lift. If I wanted to grab a 1500 pound pallet from my truck will that work?

    • @HydrosPlus
      @HydrosPlus  7 месяцев назад

      You don't have to get the pump, but it's recommended because it will slow your loader speed down by about 1/2 if you just add the cylinders. 1500lbs out of a pickup will be no problem with the new cylinders as long as your pressure is within spec - 2600psi to 3044psi. Obviously the closer to the higher end, the more you can lift.

    • @charleslynch908
      @charleslynch908 7 месяцев назад

      @@HydrosPlus real quick, with the pump does it get me closer to that number or better? Thanks for getting back to me, I really appreciate it

    • @HydrosPlus
      @HydrosPlus  7 месяцев назад +1

      @@charleslynch908 the pump will increase your pressure because it has more flow, but you can also do the same thing manually. For example, if your max pressure now is 2800psi, the stage 2 will increase it by a few hundred psi without changing the pressure relief valve due to the extra flow volume. This will increase your lift capacity, but you can also increase the pressure via the pressure relief valve with your stock pump and get the same result. It will just be slower to lift the load, but the capacity will be the same.

    Kevin, have you messed with the hydraulic system pressure on the 3E’s? My dad found a great deal on a 3032E with 35 hrs. and bought. I thought raising the pressure would get a little more lift until I talk him into making some HydrosPlus upgrades! 😀

    • @HydrosPlus
      @HydrosPlus  2 года назад +1

      I haven't adjusted mine, nor have I checked the base pressure, but the spec on it is 2500 PSI. That said, it has basically the same system as the large 2R, which has a spec of 3040. I *think* that the 2500 psi spec may either be left over from when they started making this tractor in 2008 and at that time, they thought it was enough, or it may have to do with the amount you can curl with those smaller bucket cylinders. We can never be for sure, but that's what the latest manual says.
