I think that is just ingenious! I've watched several builds and actually haven't seen that used before. You're probably correct that someone has, but I've not seen it. Definitely keeps the hat channels from getting so many holes in it! Great job....looks fantastic!
Hi friend. I love watching folks and their builds. We look forward to following your build journey. The cabinetry you have in so far looks great. "I'm going Elizabeth." LOL. You are rocking the curves with the template.
@@McGuiresOnTires Yea I feel older by the minute. LOL.. It's actually pretty therapeutic for me for some reason. Who knows, maybe one day you'll be tackling one yourself. You never know where fate will take you. Watching a few of your videos right now. Love your intro video. A great family you have.
@@CSSkoolieProject Hey-our monetization party is tonight (10/25) at 8PM eastern. We would LOVE for you to join us if you're able. We are going to have a blast!
Hi Chris. One thing I did in my ceiling that was highly beneficial was to use small flexible plastic irrigation tubing as sleeving/ conduit to run the lighting and fans wiring from their positions to the sides. That way I can later replace a faulty wire easily. Very nice idea to handle the curves. Your finished product will be really nice I'm sure.
Hey bud! Thanks for the tip. I've recently wrapped most of the wires in some flexible conduit, but I haven't run all of the wiring just yet. I have a lot of that smurf conduit also, I just haven't bothered using it yet.
@@CSSkoolieProject How about the "Rocky Sand Cooling Sunny Beach Skookie?" The rock is the gray bus, you have. Chris, you are the cooling sand, and Stephanie is the sunny beach.
Hi there! So many reasons really. No chemicals added, mold resistant, moisture wicking, good R value and sound absorbent. We'll be doing a far more comprehensive video later about this when we finish installing the wool.. We really appreciate you watching.

Hey! thank you so much.. We really appreciate you watching.
@@CSSkoolieProject For sure. Van builds and bus builds are so cool to see. Not something I'd be interested in taking on, but very cool to watch!

What are you going to name your school bus? Cool Skoolie? After C and S? Chris and Stephanie.
LOL we thought of that also. We're undecided. We are trying to stick to that C and S theme though. Something beach related we think

If I may ask why did you choose your insulation?

Totally wrong way metal touches wood massive thermal bridging. Watch Chuck Cassidy..
True! However I am combating thermal bridging by putting a thermal break between the ceiling and the wood/ metal.
