St Paul's Cathedral Tour - London

St Paul's Cathedral was constructed in 1675. It is an Anglican cathedral, the seat of the Bishop of London and the mother church of the Diocese of London. The Wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana took place at the Cathedral.

Ruby Wax has created a space for those who have mental health issues called Frazzled Cafe, check out their website here www.frazzledcafe.org. They are on zoom, they last for between 45 minutes to 1 hour, this is not therapy, you don't give advice, but you speak about your own experiences, others do too and in doing so is a forum "It's ok, not to be ok". They have mindfulness at the start and end of the sessions, if this would be helpful for you in addition to what you may or may not be receiving at church, then go and experience on of their sessions.
