aim train twice a week( 15 mins) take a 1 hr break after aim training 1 vod review every week (identify mistakes and write them down) while playing concsiously try to fix your mistakes if u lose 2 games in a row, get off immediately. queue again tommorow. time management plan out one day before
ehm guys the more u play the game the more ur gonna improve of course hes still correct about what hes talking about but personally and this includes loads of people ive ever played with hit higher elo simply by just playing
100% if you play more you get practice but if you just play the game to play the game you arent improving youre much better off utilizing your time properly to work on the things that matter and alot of people dont do this, which is why no matter how much they play they dont improve! appreciate you and the comment much love

Heyyy so I was wondering if I should stop for the day after losing 2 games in a row is it ok to play unrated or should I completely cut off from valorant for the day??
so it really depends if youre mentall boomed and tilted get away from the screen and go do something else, just playing underrated wont change much, you need to step away, however if you feel good and arent tilted just had some bad games you can send it just make sure youre leaving time for healthy habits outside of the game aswell! much love
