I can see it now....walking through Walmart (Outdoor area) and seeing the Meat Cranium leaf blower bbq accessory attachment. Man oh man looks great sir. I'm firing up the Bronco today and heading to Yoder meats to grab some sausage and going to see if they have butter there! Thanks for sharing.
Just wanted to let you know I got one. After a lot of interneting I found one about 80 miles away for $125. Can’t wait till I can give it a try. Have you found any mods that need to be done?
Smoke shack merica amazing deal. You stole it. I am making a basket for it too turn it into a gravity fed smoker. Other than that, I don’t see it needing much, maybe upgrading the temp gauge
Amazetastic....!!!!! I think you need to stock up on charcoal....lol, the master bbq does it again, incredible how you made these pork bellies, great techniques as always
My Bronco should be here in 3 days. The offset smoker that I have is nice, but having a grill so accessible along with being able to use 2 bbq trays seems like a dream. Your sauces look amazing. I can't wait to change my smoke profile.

I was trying to decide on which smoker to get Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5, Pit Barrel Cooker or the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Drum Smoker. After seeing your 1st video on the Bronco Drum smoker I decided to take the plunge, $247 at Walmart what a killer deal on a great drum smoker. I love this thing it's built like a tank and super easy to dial in temps. Thank I really appreciate your videos!

I am going to try this in a couple days. I did the brisket the way you did it and it was awesome to say the least so I figured I would give pork belly a try. I was wondering why you cooked it differently than the brisket and not hang the whole thing?
@@meatcranium4280 Lol, it's been about a year for you but only a couple of weeks for me but what I was referring to was the brisket that you did a year ago you hung it whole in the Oklahoma joe's bronco. You cut it in 2 in the middle of the cook and made the burnt ends and a flat. But with the pork belly you cut it in 2 in the beginning. I was just curious why not hang the who pork bell and then cut in the middle. Sorry if I'm bugging you. Just got the Oklahoma joe's bronco a couple months ago and have been experimenting/learning. By the way videos are awesome and helpful so thanks for making them.
Jeff geiser NP. Pork Belly burnt ends should be started off in chunks to help the fat to render quicker and for the meat to tenderize quicker. With beef brisket you should keep together IMHO Until the very last minute and try to not cut the flat. I can also do a pork Belly experiment where I do that exact thing, I think it would be a good view getter. A lot of us are stuck in our ways. Not me. I like being wrong. Lol
Hi MeatCranium man I was drooling while watching the video have go look for a pork belly soon great cook I'm sure that pineapple chutney made even more delicious well done.
What's New BBQ Thanks Kenneth. Seems like everybody is doing pork belly right now. I chose the wrong time to do it. LOL. Thanks for watching and the support brother
Yep I knew it that chutney would be a great pair with pork. Burn ends are tiny pieces of heaven. That crunch though when you cut into whole belly have mercy! Got me drooling bro.
