How will you do that start Visuvilization and mindfullness only these two for 5-7days just enjoy in mind "what you want to be ".... Second- now just took one step futher choose a favourite place + start doing exercise. Note :- not with someone else. Third- after applying these try to identify you favorite focused time. Start studying only in those hours... For 2-3days Slowly increase. Fourth- now make a short 7days plan for study choose only some specific topic that you love to read. Revise them.. .....Now you are ready...... Note:- never miss Mindfullness practice .
I used to study three hours one night before exam and in morning on the day of examination for three hours. Before that I try many times to study but i can't, i just pass the time in thinking but thankfully I always score above than 80 in all subjects accept maths , so now I want to score distinction in my final exam

I am a regular scorer or average of 80% but nowadays it's not going that way I am distracted or panicking what to do right now I am not well prepared for my boards and I am also stressed ....while learning answers it's different but when we write in exams it changes much ..and sometimes I change the meaning of answers only .......I am not able to memorize properly ..
