Why is thd violation of young boys such a female dominated industry? If hygiene is the issue then 11/12 year old girls should be getting trimmed. These tuli videos fall way outside civilized community standards and respect. Totally unacceptable.

@organisten why? I actually had to come here and check what wrote. Why is circumcision before 5th or 6th grade disgusting? It's a cultural thing like tattoos and ear/body piercing. It's not like female genital mutilation where the function of the organ is altered... Also, they are free to choose not to do it...that's why the choice is given at age 11 or 12...
Simply because it's done without the any knowledge of the consequences by the patient, nobody should be cutting anybody unless it's their decission as it effects their life and cannot be reversed.

There is NO reason for circumcision AT ALL. 1/ You are removing perfectly healthy tissue, and there are no health OR hygiene benefits to it. The repugnant practice is only culturally based. 2/ The argument (if religious) that God gave circumcision to the Abraham and commanded it, is a spurious one because it was not until about 500 years AFTER Jesus Christ that today's practice of removing the foreskin came about. Until then (the circumcision given to Abraham) was a superficial cut, and NOT the removal of the foreskin. Today's practice came about after the time of Christ when young Jewish men mixed with the gentiles at sport in the gymnasium, and sought to hide the sign of the circumcision by extending the foreskin over it. This was something the Pharisees did not like, and so changed circumcision to a more radical procedure, entirely removing the foreskin. It is a disgusting practice, and it ought to be banned world wide.
