@@EMPI_Inc sure I just did. Nice exhaust system. I have the same 4 into 1 headers with a small stainless single side muffler, instead of the twin pipes.
Thanks for the amazing video, I'm debating at at this if i go with 3761 are 3421 and i try to find a video reviewing again each other. i saw your noise and dyno. And i will not run the heat riser do the they are predrill and do Empi sell the cap also do the tin fit with 3421. Thanks
What happened to the collector? I mean where is the collector pipe, the four headers merge into a collector but then then ends on the side of that small muffler tube.. no tuned length collector pipe? Let me know, I would love to see a cutaway crosection of that collector / muffler to see whats going on, thanks.
What am I missing here, both heat riser flanges are attached identically on both sides? This means heat will not transfer from one side to the other. In comparison to my old german one, one side is like those on yours, but the other one feeds down to the actual exhaust, in a low pressure environment thus creating transfer across the manifold. Seems like yours here will have both exhaust pulses competing and with no hi/lo pressure differential will easily clog?
Same non working design they have had on "performance" headers for years, they try to Wow you will "cad designed" But as you say that design does not have a low and high pressure source to actually make head flow through the riser.
you are right, there is a metal gasket you can get that is almost solid, has a like a less than 5mm hole. this creates a pressure differential or something and makes the gas flow from one side to the other.
Why does it look like the muffler is not level with the rest of the header? Seems as if the driver's side of the muffler is slightly lower and the passenger side is higher...a slight 5 degree cant to the left as compared to the two top (level?) tubes from cylinders 2 and 4?

Meaning if I buy this can I keep my same j tubes I already have
What size of J tubes is needed?
Are these available without the heat risers?

Hi Shane we will confirm fitment with our Tech team and let you know asap
Hi Shane, sorry the 00-3761-0 exhaust will not fit, please see our p/n 00-3766-0 that will fit empius.com/products/2-tip-gt-exhaust-system/
@@EMPI_Inc Thanks!
Is there a stainless exhaust like this for a 1200cc
Hi Andy we will ask our Tech dept for more info and share asap

Unfortunately it doesn't

probably just the way Im holding it, the muffler is level and the system fits perfectly- even on a beat up bug like our development mule!

I know what you mean by looking uneven or lopsided but when you bolt it up it does seem to be level
