The shaving job is surprisingly difficult. If they shave too far they dig straight through the shell. If they don't shave enough then the shell isn't smooth. There are decades of shaving experience represented in this video!
yes it definitely appears to be more of an art than a science that's for sure. we are so fortunate to have these highly skilled craftsmen behind the scenes pumping this stuff out
