Michael Porter Jr. (16 points, 13 rebounds) and Jamal Murray (14 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists) added a combined 30 points for the Nuggets in the victory, while Jimmy Butler tallied 21 points for the Heat. The decision of Mike Malone subbing Porter with Brown was the game changer in the final 3 mins. Porter was missing all of his late shot while Brown when sub did a offensive putback right away. Credit to Mike Malone with the crucial decision.

To be able to win with only making five 3 pointers is just a testament to how good this Nuggets team really is.
That presence of Jokic when Butler got in the paint made him think twice about attempting a shot. That's an example of *defense not just being about blocking shots or stealing balls or intercepting passes.* Defense is also about intimidation and psychologically beating your opponent.
A well deserved title for the Nuggets, I was rooting for them and I'm very happy.

This finals was extremely boring, it was evident from the start that nuggets had this series easily, I guessed 5 and got it right, not a hard prediction, Miami getting swept could’ve easily happened as well.

The fact the heat even got close to beating Knicks and Celtics, who are miles better teams (no offense ofc) is very valiant, their main offensive game was from the 3pt line, Knicks and Celtics were not interested in doing basic defensive rotations to stop it which made it a very smart tactic by the heat, I always thought it would be too difficult against Denver as they’re competent, or even a team like GSW would have probably stopped it.
For me, heat need to lose butler. Also need to get some height in their team.
