    I don’t know what happened to this genre honestly. It used to be anything but generic with bands like Thrice, Dance Gavin Dance, Emarosa (older) etc but somehow got infused with hot topic metalcore and was ruined…

      took him days to do this little song. No drums,amps,ect to mic up, I could knock a 3 chord track in an about an hour using my daw, that i hate. Mixing would take longer than tracking.

    Saosin
    Funeral For a Friend
    alexisonfire
    Silverstein
    Underoath
    From Autumn to Ashes
    The Used
    and so much more but these are just a few to mention to see how creative this genre actually is. You did a good and funny video but that didn't sound like post hardcore to me at all except a few minor details.

    • @Bosmek
      @Bosmek  2 года назад +4

      Yeah I cound't really figure out how to "manually" autotune well. Melodyne is just too expensive for me rn but I got my hands on a similar plugin for less money (Waves Tune LT), which I will use from now on.
      On the Post HC track I really just used free snap to grid style tune correction (GSnap and Graillon).
