Cartoon Animator - Skelly has his arms nicked!

Another little test scene that I will use in a finished video that I am working on. The skelly want to play drums but so does the mummy. The mummy reckons that he can use skellys arms as drum sticks and that will also stop skelly from playing drums. For the guys in the CT group - I don`t know if there is an easier way to achieve the arms dropping of skelly. What I did was take parts of his arms in Photoshop and make them into props. Then I put the prop arms over the main actor and turned them off until the mummy took away the upper arms. Then I just dragged them to the floor to give the impression that they had fallen off. I also made props of the upper arms and then went into photoshop ( pipeline) and created another 2 hand layers. using a fist sprite added one of skellys arms and erased bits to make it look like the bone was being held by the fist. Both those layers were then merged giving me a new hand sprite that I could then flip in when needed. Bit raw in places but it has done the trick :)
