@@spencercolgan Haha, I don't think you said it. Even if you did I doubt I would have heard it from the drying fans. I noticed right of the bat. I am going through some health stuff at the time and managed to loose couple of pounds. A completely different person, different life, different outlook on everything. It is absolutely not easy but it is doable no matter what. Good luck with your quest. One advice I have is, whatever you are doing learn it and apply it as a new lifestyle. Other way it can bounce back quickly. 💪
@@splanzza brother, I cannot appreciate your words more than ever before… I have gone up and down over the last 20 years 30 pounds up, 30 pounds down, 35 pounds up 40 pounds down. I have done this no less than eight times in my life and this is the last time because this was the most difficult.
@@spencercolgan You must see or feel some benefit besides the visual. I mean health wise. If you do, just remember what it is and when the struggle comes along just pull those thoughts in the front and repeat it to your self. And again, and again. I remember you mentioning wrist pain some time ago when the project with dark paint in a huffy-puffy apartment was happening. That will go away too. I already see you swiping that pool trowel on a concave wall is if it was a ballet scene. Jokes a side, great thing you are doing. Keep it up!
