Don't just allow yourselves to be passive useful tools for others, and develope your people also, not foriegners over your peoples. Step up Africa ! Free trade zone for continental Africa, not Europe, not Asia, or anywhere else. They will try to undermine your work, but through education, training, experience, self examination / critique, and making relevant adjustments, you will overcome. The efforts of those that are positioning themselves to dominate the continent and it's people should be gradually be dismantled. Be proactive in your strategies, not a dumping site for archaic polluting technologies. But creating jobs for many people.
i agree with you one hundred percent brol oh. finally someone understands the problem.. we have been trading with the rest of the world for so long but our development is leaps and bounds behind theirs. true liberation comes from trading with ourselves. to do this, Africans need to unite first. we have to understand that our extractive natural resources are to be proccessed in our own countries but for about 60 years now, we haven't been able to do it. One of the economists made a profound statement that the world is moving from multilateralism to bilateralism and when this happens the weaker country always capichulates to the stronger country. that is why most of these developed countries have positioned themselves well in order to take advantage of the weak, sovereign states of Africa. only a united africa can get us out of this hump. May Africa unite and be free indeed
