So far I love this machine. Its really quiet and does an nice job even on normal, using less water. If you are old school like me and HAVE to see tons of water, then just set it on Bulky Sheets and Fabric softener (even if you don't use it).
I think that if I was in the market for an HE top loader I'd prefer the GE to this. It had much better circulation. I don't understand it because Whirlpool and Maytag front loaders are some of the best machines around
@Isaac Joby John Understood. The new Load’nGo series of Whirlpools have front access to the trap. With hope that will transfer to Maytag’s lineup as well.
This is what a normal he washer is like if you want an old school washer except for the Maytag commercial washer you have to go to a second hand store and buy one
Just moved into an apartment with this machine, and it makes a ton of noise during the agitation cycle. I actually thought something was wrong with it, but 41-42 minutes confirms how loud it is. I feel bad for my downstairs neighbor.
I thought the demonstration was interesting but it would have been more interesting to see how the soap would dissipate and dirty water would become clear throughout the wash process. It appears that you washed clean shirts with no soap added which did not give as clear display of the processes. If you should do another video I would like to see a true wash cycle with dirty clothes and soap to show the actual process and final results.
In most cases the drain hose is connected directly to the drain pump. Any vibration from the pump travels though the hose. I'm thinking when the electric motor first starts to spin, it kicks a little bit then smooths out.
Put a real load in the washer bro, I have 3 kids who play sports --- I need help !!!! Clothes come out dirty. The water level is off or something, it doesn't add enough water ?
Only horrible by the change of the Wash Pattern, after Whirlpool took over Maytag. I liked Maytag’s Wash Pattern for this Washer better than what the Wash Pattern is now in Whirlpool’s way for the Washer.
And that’s because Whirlpool took over Maytag, changed the Wash Pattern for this Washer, & made it to where the Water Level is by how heavy the Load is, when it’s supposed to be by how high the Load is, plus the Deep Water Wash Cycle is supposed to use the Maximum Amount of Water, where it automatically fills all the way to the top throughout the whole Cycle, like it does on Bulky Items/Sheets & Clean Washer with Affresh Cycles. I don’t know why for this Washer or so that the Deep Water Wash Cycle would use the Minimum Amount of Water instead, where the Water Level fills all the way to the bottom, like this ABSOLUTELY doesn’t make any sense at all for the Deep Water Wash Cycle. Seriously, Whirlpool doesn’t freaking know what they’re doing, as Maytag did better for this Washer before Whirlpool took over & changed the Wash Pattern for the Washer.
Deep Water Wash they said.
I used to have that washer it reminds me of California
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I love you videos

I may shoot the Amana NTW4516FW later on today with clothes in it. That machine seems like it can really wash too. Once again, thanks for your input.

I've always wanted to see this unit operate. Haha

Me too! :)
I have this machine it’s fine
Hi,
Can you do a video of the new Frigidaire top load washers model numbers, fftw1001pw0 and fftw4120sw0.
I don't plan on stocking that model, but If I get one in by accident or if a customer orders one, I will ask if it is ok to film their washer.
What dose it do

Once your washer starts to drain, does the drain pipe/tube jiggle? When mine begins to drain the drain tube jiggles at first.
In most cases the drain hose is connected directly to the drain pump. Any vibration from the pump travels though the hose. I'm thinking when the electric motor first starts to spin, it kicks a little bit then smooths out.
This thing puts out more water in the rinse cycle seems backward me
I noticed a trend that some washers use more water on rinse than the wash portion. For sure, it's by design.

Absolutely horrible machine it's sad the designers got away with it!
Like, what are you talking about?
water isn't even deep
