If you think about it, astra is extremely easy to use I don't get why she's not played so much. She gets to buy stars every round and u get to pick what to use them on. The smokes are completely standard, and nothing too complicated, then she also has a stun and suck which are also not hard to use at all, just use them for peaks and site entering, or post plant. Lastly her ult is just a wall that helps control a certain area. What's so hard about that, only challenging part can be to combo these with teamplay, but even without teamplay it's still an easy and viable agent
I'm Astra main but I don't wanna play smokes, because the amount of stress and techniques I have to think every round is enough to increase my migraine pain a lot.
Astra main here, Astra being hard is a misconception she is really all about having a good sense of the game and how to time her star usage and placement, and her abilities are really simple to use Please note that I am terrible at this game
you're having a misconception with learning and mastering, learning is simple its just about what the abilities do and how to use them. mastering is your game sense, time usage and all about what you said but game sense is also a thing you learn in the long run so its harder to master
As a Yoru main i definetely agree, as when i was maining Yoru doing tp at the right places, learning where the bounce flash goes, doing 200 IQ plays with his clone and opening site and catching enemies offguard is very hard and mastering him is something on another level
I was a pretty good raze player for a long while until I took a brake from val, all my raze skills were gone. But I still play everything since I have no main and I can almost perfectly play any agent my team wants me to

Viper nerfs definitely made her harder, as your solo-carry potential went from middling to minimal with how much you gotta coordinate your smokes. sova players need map knowledge and geometry. and also memory being able to remember a ton lineups is crazy. on each map i always have atleast 50 lineups.
@mohamadamirul590 Basically most of the time you just play some default shit like other smokers do: for defend if you see attack coming you put a smoke on the narrow passage of the attackers (if necessary, extend it after 17 sec) and, if desired, immediately after this smoke, put another star so that as soon as someone ran out of the smoke, you activated the black hole and killed the player who got there. If information is received that the attack is going to another site, you simply fly there in astral form and quickly put smoke on the passage so that the team has time to pull together. If I play mid, I often use a fake smoke (on the f key), that is, the opponents think that I closed this passage, they start shooting through it and then it abruptly disappears and the opponents become disoriented and I get a free kill. For an attack, you simply cover the points where the defenders are standing with smokes and calmly go to the site, when you have already captured the spike, you can throw the remaining two smokes on the players pulling together from other sites. You also need to carefully monitor the mini-map and, according to the first information, try to help your ally on another part of the map (black hole and stun to help). Astra reveals herself when working in a team (especially good if you have a partner sitting with you in the discord), with her black hole you can come up with many interesting combinations, as the simplest example > narrow passage + blackhole (contraction) + raze granade = free kills
Lineups aren't necessary to be a sova or viper main. All you need is to use your utility according to situation. Also some quick tip for new Sova players : 1.Don't use your recon dart at te beginning when defending. Instead, when the enemies enters the base at that point use your recon , this will reveal their locations plus your dard acts as a distraction for them after entering the site. Also you can use the dart and then shoot through the walls.😅
as the best neon main, and a pretty good past raze main, i can genuinely say that raze and neon don’t take that much skill, if you’re not brain dead and your brain is fast, you’ll get movement in 3-4 matches that’s what i did and i always top frag and entry tell on sites
yoru is the best agent for me, first I picked yoru bc he looks cool, but after I knew he is such and overpowered agent, I main yoru still have never played another agent in my whole life
Astra is just a lot of micro, if ur solo she is very hard since you have only your map to go off of and you need to react instantly, but with a stack or duo its alot easier since you can support off their comms
i already mastered all the agents said in this video and i would say sova is really easy but using his util to the fullest will be the problem since players usually just use his recon and drone with his shock darts only for post plant. what i usually do when droning is ofc checking corners very carefully and its a really good bait for cypher trips or to check enemy util like kj setup. next is his recon, u dont usually need to use his recon every round at the same spot, changing where your recon hits means your opponent cant hide when they think they know where your recon is gonna hit, and also his recon is good for clearing smokes so you can kill them at the opposite side of the smoke or inside the smoke. you may think shock darts are just for lineups or are relatively useless in scenarios but its good to use them for clearing corners, with the addition of where you think its gonna go, also remember you can mark the area you want to hit by marking it using Z Key, using his shock darts to clear corners gives your duelist a chance to fight the defending or attacking side. Raze meanwhile is like neon but can predictable since her satchel line ups are at the same spot as always but once shes in the air she may be a bit unpredictable (unless you 1 tap her right away mid air) i would say her satchel would be the most difficult to use due to the memorization you have to do with the addition you would have to find a way to enter a site and kill and defend while not dying or atleast trade a kill her boom bot is a good util to clear corners but can be paired with raze satchels and can push the boom bot towards enemy. her nade is a VERY VERY good util since it will help your team clear or capture a kill make sure to pair the nade while aiming where you know the enemy is hiding Her ultimate is also not for kills, as you could see in some satchel + ult boost, you can basically speedrun to their spawn without getting seen next is Yoru, yoru has a very complex blind, his blind is very powerful if used correctly since you wont be able to see his blind moving across until it hits something which in term makes the enemy think theyre at this place but are actually very close and ready to kill his tp is hard to place at a good spot when attacking thats why there are lineups for them to get them to far reaches. his clone is not just a fake but can be used to body block yourself from enemy fire when your inside your clone, they will either shoot which would blind them and would be a easy kill for you (paired with tp or not) or not shoot it and get blasted by you. lastly his ult, i see often that yoru's ult is used for recon but no offense strat with it, paired with either using his full util when against the enemy is a big nono since you have less resource when your done with your ult and occasionally you may die right away after util use, i would say use for recon try to pick one enemy but if it doesnt work tp back.

Idk if that first Astra was sarcasm but I kinda feel proud of being one
I still don't know how to use astra
But for some reason every time i see an astra in a game, they are the mvp of their team
Me practicing satchels has become a meme in my school
i already mastered all the agents said in this video and i would say sova is really easy but using his util to the fullest will be the problem since players usually just use his recon and drone with his shock darts only for post plant.
what i usually do when droning is ofc checking corners very carefully and its a really good bait for cypher trips or to check enemy util like kj setup.
next is his recon, u dont usually need to use his recon every round at the same spot,
changing where your recon hits means your opponent cant hide when they think they know where your recon is gonna hit,
and also his recon is good for clearing
smokes so you can kill them at the opposite side of the smoke or inside the smoke.
you may think shock darts are just for lineups or are relatively useless in scenarios but its good to use them for clearing corners, with the addition of where you think its gonna go, also remember you can mark the area you want to hit by marking it using Z Key, using his shock darts to clear corners gives your duelist a chance to fight the defending or attacking side.
Raze meanwhile is like neon but can predictable since her satchel line ups are
at the same spot as always but once shes in the air she may be a bit unpredictable (unless you 1 tap her right away mid air)
i would say her satchel would be the most difficult to use due to the memorization you have to do with the addition you would have to find a way to enter a site and kill and defend while not dying or atleast trade a kill
her boom bot is a good util to clear corners but can be paired with raze satchels and can push the boom bot towards enemy.
her nade is a VERY VERY good util since it will help your team clear or capture a kill
make sure to pair the nade while aiming where you know the enemy is hiding
Her ultimate is also not for kills, as you could see in some satchel + ult boost,
you can basically speedrun to their spawn without getting seen
next is Yoru, yoru has a very complex blind, his blind is very powerful if used correctly since you wont be able to see his blind moving across until it hits something which in term makes the enemy think theyre at this place but are actually very close and ready to kill
his tp is hard to place at a good spot when attacking thats why there are lineups for them to get them to far reaches.
his clone is not just a fake but can be used to body block yourself from enemy fire when your inside your clone, they will either shoot which would blind them and would be a easy kill for you (paired with tp or not) or not shoot it and get blasted by you.
lastly his ult, i see often that yoru's ult is used for recon but no offense strat with it, paired with either using his full util when against the enemy is a big nono since you have less resource when your done with your ult and occasionally you may die right away after util use, i would say use for recon try to pick one enemy but if it doesnt work tp back.
