The Germans always get credit for their guards and marching (mainly historically) but the British and the Russians would make the Germans look lackluster if all three marched together today.
Every Army is free to choose the period from which its historical uniforms are copied. The French like the Fin de Siecle 'Belle Epoque' style. Chilean full dress uniforms are practically a copy of the 1914 Imperial German/Prussian Army parade uniforms.
