Wow, haven’t seen one of those jars in a long time. It was made by Anchor Hocking for Maxwell House. It used to contain instant coffee. Absolutely love the lantern. All of your ideas are amazing though. Thank you for sharing.
I llove all these patriotic crafts. I cant pick a favorite but i will say the wreath u made from the rag rug was absolutely beautiful. Well maybe thats my favorite. The little pot with the wood handle u thrifted brought back some memories. I had 2 friends, one from Lebanon and another girlfriend was Turkish. They both had pots or whatever they're called, exactly like that. Not just one they had many. They used it for Turkish coffee. Everytime I'd visit they make a single serving of brewed cofffee in that. Very strong black coffee that then was strained thru a cloth strainer. Just thought to mention this as maybe thats what it is. I know Italians ( haha ME) use it to melt butter 4 garlic bread. Id love to know if u find out theres snother purpose for it. Snyway i really enjoyed watching this tutorial and you inspired me so much so that i started on making the cross with the tumbling tower blocks, love it.
