Google is one of the biggest companies in the world with a market capitalization of nearly $2 trillion. However, most people aren't able to name the founders of Google Larry Page and Sergey Brin. This makes as Larry Page and Sergey Brin basically fell off the face of the planet after they stepped down in 2015 from running Google. This is in stark contrast to most tech billionaires who maintain a significant social presence even after stepping down from their respective companies. Since they stepped down, we've only seen a handful of public appearances, and the founders have even relinquished control of the parent company Alphabet in 2019. This video explains what happened to Larry Page and Sergey Brin since they stepped down and what they're working on today.

Larry Page and Sergey Brin never wanted to serve ads as a means of generating revenue. But in the end, they got no option. Google literally has changed the ad industry and how we view ads.

      Thus proving advertising is evil.
The real question is how much is necessary (entropy is a b****).

@@jtjames79 honestly I don't think "advertisement" as a general thing is evil. It's all in how it's done. Lets say things weren't advertised, and you had to hear of things word of mouth etc

For good or bad google changed the world. Mad respect for this guys, but they have brains and resources, I wish they implore more on innovation.
