Give him BoL and Stone Tile support and he is an absolute menace especially in SD. I feel like everyone just collectively slept on how good he is during the banner reveal. I am having serious trouble taking him out.
I did the same thing, hector with stones, Micah with BoL, and I gave them barricade so nobody can teleport in, they're like gatekeeper, but if he could kill
Tanking was never really in question but its the other issues that come up like not having built-in DR piercing or NCD, if you're able to outsource those buffs then they rise up to the top but statuses like those are rare from niche units.
@@thur.. It does help and makes tanking way easier even with a kinda old tank. 10 flat and some healing certainly help against AOE too. There's also some MU that are too in favor of Alear without using the nuke usual potential. This showcase is a mess.
Luckily, these guys only get most of their effects when they're in 3 spaces of an ally, so they're easily baited in the hands of the cpu, but I guess they're pretty good in your hands.
Wow, I can't believe that Emblem Sigurd defeated Duo Winter Alear, with a AOE attack but other than that, the miracle skill activates quite often, and he recovers all of his hp back, but i have to say he is mostly an expert at attack and defensive which is very useful, also unlike Winter Formortils Duo Winter Alear is so nice with that Sommie plushy (Nope not including Legendary Male Alear who has an exact same ability). xD.
E!Sigurd has a strong aoe attack, and even if you can resist that he has good in combat damage as well. Most of the aoe users can bring the newer tanks down to 1 hp, but cannot deal 1 damage in combat and just die on the counter
@CatsLilaSalem Yeah true, since when Emblem Sigurds AOE triggers, it lowers down your opponent down to 1 hp, which then you deal the finishing blow with Emblem Sigurd, yeah you're absolutely right even if you can resist Emblem Sigurd's AOE he has a very strong attack which is actually his AOE effect are so broken just in my opinion only. Also, yeah, even if Emblem Sigurd deals a massive AOE damage, it can not go below than 1 hp, which, to me, is so weird. Also, since AOE Nukes are always dealing the damage down to 1 hp, the Tanks can't survive that well since they are mostly used for tanking/support.
@@sweepjk5258 Oh yeah I totally forgot about that which Emblem Sigurd negates Duo Winter Alears 1 hp after you deal a AOE attack, so you can't survive from Emblem Sigurd good catch i really didn't think about that.
I feel like he’s great when he has other units to benefit off from due to his weapon. But when you take away the other units, he’s pretty weak by himself like most characters are nowadays.
@@sweepjk5258 yeah but a showcase with infinite variables is not very consistent, I like seeing if the newer units are going to tank my nukes and vice versa in a 1v1 setting and I can plug in my own teams if I decide to pull for them

The main thing this unit has is the MASSIVE stat swing it has with their bonus and emblems miracle just being, the best PRF A slot ever Buuuuut They lack dr piercing outside of the duo button, which i just find crazy You're kinda just looking at a legendary male alear that comes with better fodder and true dr, just, severely unoriginal.

Yeah, and so is everyone.

BoL and stones make any mid tank decent, doesn't help his case tbh
