    Hello sir
    How do we find out the factor value of tests with no standard provided, as SGPT?

    • @anamollaboratories
      @anamollaboratories  3 года назад

      Hello sir,
      Factor is provided in the kit literature or instructions for use by the manufacturer.

    When the results are not satisfactory. Can we use standard of any other company to calibrate our photometer ?

    • @anamollaboratories
      @anamollaboratories  Год назад

      Ideally it is not recommended but technically its possible as standard is a known value sample which is used to calculate unknown value. Kindly make sure to use the same standard every time till you consume the kit completely.

      How to calculate reactions time or reading time in fully automated biochemistry analyzer

    • @anamollaboratories
      @anamollaboratories  2 года назад

      Thank you very much sir. Please do subscribe to our channel and share this video with your friends and colleagues! Generally reaction time or measuring points in fully automated analyzers are calculated by dividing the read time by cycle time of that particular analyzer. Each analyzer has a different cycle time. Details of the cycle time can be seen in user manual of the analyzer.

    Sir but sometimes factor is specified by the company. I think that bottom line is we have to preserve reagent and standard properly.
